Hotpoint used 6 different modules over a certain range of machines; the difference between each particular model could be the deletion or addition of a component such as a solenoid valve or temperature control potentiometer, but it could also be as small as the wording on a control button.

These modules were made to work on a number of particular models and were pre programmed in the factory to do so, but they have to be configured on the machine for it to work correctly.

We have put together a list of modules and the machines they fit, along with the relevant configuration instructions. It is possible to install a module from another machine within the correct range and configure it to work on your appliance.

All the models in each column use the same module and therefore can be configured to work on any of the machines within that column.
